Trying to diet

Today I rode my exercise bike for 20 min and played on the wii fit for around 30 min. My food went really well. For breakfast I had 1 cup lucky charms and 1 cup hole milk. Lunch I had Baked veggies tomatoes, carrots, Potatoes, and green beans about 1/2 cup of each. Snack I had low fat yogurt its only a 100 calories. Dinner I had chicken and scalloped potatoes and slices of tomatoes. It went well just hope I do just as good tomorrow.

Weigh in Monday

Today is weigh in monday and I lost 4.6 pounds. I an hoping for a 2 pound weight loss for next week wish me luck. Its also my bowling night so I made this my cheat night. Please give me some good tips for my diet it would help.
