Thank-you i just a depressing day my hubby wasnt here so i decided to eat and i wish i never did it but it happened all i can do now is move on ,yes hes been really trying to keep me on the right track its hard when hes gone but im just going to have to stand up on my own two feet and stick to it ty for talking to me i would love to hear any ideas you have or suggestions please
