i'm currently doing a series of low-cal snack food for dieters, during snack time, i don't know if it helps, but i saw in a recent post that you wanted tips for dieting! these snacks did work for me :D

Well i got up this morning and weighed myself i lost a total of 3.6 pounds i got my 2 pounds this week im going to work on losing 2 pounds next week thank you to all of my followers and i would love to hear any good diet tips that you all may have.

Today was a bad day dieting
well lets see my day started off good got up around 7:30 am this morning started cleaning house after that did some laundry while i was on computer,then hubby left for a few hours and for some reason i just started eating stuff not knowing why its really hard being home alone cause if i get bored or depressed i eat can someone give me advice i need some help thanks Please leave the help full tips...

weigh in monday for november 15th
I weighed in this morning and i weighed 298.6 that is a loss of 2.4 pounds. My total weight loss is 11.2 pounds since oct 26th. My goal for next week is still 2 pounds.
My plan for the day is to clean house then after that rest. then around 6pm i leave for bowling.
